Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
